Madison Street Corridor Master Plan

One of Neighbors for Madison Renewal primary concerns was that the Madison Street Corridor lacked a Master Plan to guide development along the corridor. In the fall of 2005, The Board of Trustees commissioned Vandewalle and Associates to develop a Madison Street Corridor Master Plan with extensive neighborhood and business input. In June of 2006 the Board of Trustees adopted the Madison Street Corridor Master Plan for the Madison Street Corridor. Neighbors for Madison Renewal played an integral role in initiating and developing the plan.
