NMR Testimony before the Plan Commission January 20, 2011

On January 20, 2011, NMR delivered testimony before the Plan Commission concerning the proposed redevelopment of the Comcast building by Interfaith Housing Development Corporation.

The testimony was in opposition to the development based on the 2010 survey of the neighborhood. The specific issues were the variances for density (51 apartments versus the allowed 40) and insufficient parking.
